Every web project we work on starts off with a kickoff and discovery meeting. This is a hands-on working meeting addressing administrative and strategic topics, where we begin to roadmap the project and formalize requirements.
Administrative discussions cover team introductions, reviewing key project parameters, gathering login/ password information, contact lists, etc.
Strategic discussions with internal stakeholders cover likes/dislikes/wish list items centered around design, architecture, and functionality. It’s important that everyone is on the same page regarding goals, objectives, and expectations.
