Learning the ins and outs of managing your new website.
We provide formal training sessions for your staff so they can become familiar on how to access the backend administrative dashboard, locate the content, and more. Administrators learn how to access and manage some of the more powerful elements in the CMS administrative panel such as managing user accounts, logins, and menus. Administrators and editors also learn how to add pages, edit pages, connect pages to the menu system, upload and manage media, and more.
Knowledge transfer includes a set of online support articles and documents describing how to edit and manage content on the site. These documents include a style guide, media library management, content management for specific content types, how to apply metadata for searching & tagging, publishing/unpublishing content, and more.
