Northfield Hospital + Clinics needed an experienced full-service agency, Nighthawk, to plan and implement an audience-driven and engaging communications and outreach campaign.
[The Story]
Northfield Hospital + Clinics
is an independent, integrated healthcare organization providing a wide range of healthcare services to patients throughout the Twin Cities south metro and southern Minnesota. They have become a regional medical destination supporting primary and specialty care clinics in five area communities with inpatient, surgical services, birth center, cancer center, breast care center, women’s health center, advanced medical imaging, emergency medicine, sleep medicine and more.

Their brand and marketing materials need to target multiple generations with various reasons for seeking NHC, either as a patient or as a support person for a patient.

SOLUTION
The first step in a project like this is to conduct a discovery phase to understand internal stakeholder and business needs and external audience needs and desires. We conducted research among key internal and external stakeholders to understand their perceptions of NH+C as an organization, including their service offerings. By the end, we designed dynamic communications including digital marketing, website & print collateral, polished up their brand identity, and cultivated our strategy for future search marketing tactics.

- Shared the strategy with key stakeholders and leadership to build ownership and buy in to the strategy and show the value of the work to be completed.
- Put the plan to action. With strong leadership, our team created user-centric and engaging content. Built engaging, on-brand, communications and perfectly timed messages by targeting the right audience with the right messages at the right time.
- Implemented the outreach, measured what’s working, retooled what wasn’t and kept an eye out to ensure the strategic goals were still in play.
